Disconnects constantly. Some times it automatically reconnects on its own. Sometimes you have to remove the stupid dongle then plug it back to get it to register. Why in the world, on a first party wireless headset would you make it work only with a dongle? Using up one of the rear USB slots. Really? Come on. I found them to be comfortable. Definitely a fragile design. Won't last if you're not careful.

This headset is great for sound quality and is very comfortable. The only complaint I have is a mini needs a bit more bass

Had it for about a week now, really enjoying the sound, the fit is ok, also really like that i can conect to my phone at the same time, i think its worth the investment.

The 3d audio is impressive. I play for hours at a time and they are very comfortable I’ve been using them for almost a year now and there’s almost no wear to them they feel the same as when I purchased

I tought it was just to communicate with friends but bringing the full game sound to your ears makes it that much better, & the hanging charging dock makes it so easy to keep em charged and ready to go

These are very comfortable, the sound is excellent, and being wireless is the best! Last along time of a single charge. Sound quality is great.

Substantially more comfortable than the standard Sony Pulse Headset. It doesnt pinch the head and cause tension pain. Great sound and better mic pickup for the price this has to be the best dollar to value headset for the PS5.

The sound quality is good, better than the original Pulse, and the bluetooth connectivity is a very nice feature. I can listen to other sources (phone, computer, etc.) while playing. This allows me to do things like receive calls on it or listen to podcasts while in-game. My biggest complaint, and why I'm only giving it 3 stars, is because it regularly disconnects (maybe once every hour or two) and it is extremely difficult to get it reconnected. Usually I have to press the link button over and over or remove the USB link and plug it back in. Not very fun. The original Pulse 3D was fool proof.

One of the best gaming headsets I have ever used. Great 3d audio light weight and great battery life. Works flawless with the portal.

The headphones sound pretty good but every so often it disconnects, and the only way I was able to connect them back was to restart the PS5. There’s got to be an way to reconnect them back without to restart the PS5. It just gets annoying after a while.

Headset is heavy after a long use, and if the USB is connected to the back of the PS5, it will occasionally over heat and disconnect. It has a battery life of 30 hours, sounds excellent at the price, and mic is good.

Surprisingly light weight, very good noise cancellation and decent voice sound. Setting headphones on charger is a little challenging

A bit on the pricey side, but whenever I use it, it works great, sound quality is there and good noise cancelling.

These are fantastic. The sound is great and the battery seems to last and last. The controls are easy to use and I love that the mic can slide away when not in use. My only teeny tiny complaint is that for the price it does not come with mouting hardware to get the charger mounted to the wall. Would it really have killed sony to throw in a nickels worth of wall mountability so I didn't have to run to the hardware store. Also why does it have to have a dongle, why cant the PS5 support natvie bluetooth audio connections?

I love everything about it. The design, battery duration, hidden mic and excellent audio quality. They are perfect for the ps5.

Sound quality is amazing, companion app is app is a plus, but sadly where this item fails is build quality, for 200 bucks you would expect them to last or for the ear covers to hold up. But these sadly suffer from the same issues that the lower tier of headphones by Sony have, plastic parts desultory fail and ear covers that last about 3-6 months
