It’s a good headset for its price point there are much better headsets out there but if you’re looking for something a bit cheaper but still good this is the headset to get

Overall great audio quality, mic is ok and not so comfortable after a couple hours. For the price, don’t expect high end finishes, what matters is what’s inside!

They work well for the price but I wish it would cancel out external noise better.

Nice little upgrade to the 3D pulse and is only $50 more. Fantastic IMO for the $150 price range. There are better headsets for sure but will also cost more. Sony did something amazing here with the microphone. So you get a lot for the price.

The product is very comfortable and sounds amazing. Games sound crisp and clear. The only downside is the battery life. I would’ve liked to see a longer battery life and longer battery after a quick charge.

I had the original pulse headset. I bought this set to work with my Portal and PS5 Pro. There is an insane amount of signal interference. The mic quality is bad, and hou hear a buzzing/popping noise when using the headset. The Sony website says that my headset is wet, which is laughable. I found that it works best if you plug the adapter in the front of the PlayStation 5 Pro. Unfortunately, its a USB A adapter, so you need an adapter to connect the dongle to the front ports. Horrible design. Also, connecting the bluetooth to your phone is a nightmare. Dont even bother.

The sound and everything was great! But the flimsy stretch and break is horrible. I had to exchange the first one. I purchased a second for my husband and it broke apart. No drops or anything.

Works seamlessly with portal and ps5. Connection is simple. Sound is robust and clear. Very comfortable even with my glasses on for long gaming sessions. Over very happy with the purchase !

I also have a Turtle Beach Stealth Pro and honestly I prefer the Pulse Elite. Both are comfortable, both have good noise cancelling but the thing that separates the Pulse for me is the PS Link tech. I don't have to connect the headset to my computer to adjust any settings or for updates or for any reason at all. All of the audio adjustments can be made right on the PS5 by just clicking the link button 3 times. I have profiles set up for COD, for 3D spatial audio games and others. It's simple, effective and requires nothing extra from me to update software or change settings. My Turtle Beach just hangs in it's holder now a days. The Pulse Elite hangs next to my PS5, right where it belongs.

These are phenomenal! Definitely worth the money in my honest opinion. I enjoy the fact that I can connect to multiple devices and still hear my PlayStation media. They are lightweight and don’t feel cheaply made.

Great headphones, especially for the price and value of other headsets. I've had to buy my son multiple headsets because the mic stops working or one of the earphones stops working. These were perfect on price and have lasted quite sometime so definitely made well.

Really good quality, sound is amazing, I loved these. The only thing you have to be careful with the ear pieces as the ends are very fragile. I threw my headset on my bed and it's now dangling.

Great sounding surround headset. Great battery life and works seamlessly with PS5. Most comfortable gaming headset I’ve ever owned and I’ve owned a lot. Sounds as good as headsets twice its price.

The headset constantly disconnects and there’s no reboot button on the adapter for me to try to reboot it. This has been happening since I got the headset and it’s really frustrating. Yes, the adapter and the headset automatically updated one I plugged it into the system. I also stream a lot and it constantly disconnects while I’m streaming making it difficult to stream. I’m very frustrated by this but when it does work the mic is good, and the sound is really good. In certain games I have to turn down the headset because sound starts sounding weird.

It cracked from just me putting it on my head after a month but other than that sound quality is good
