For someome reason it always disconnects after 30 to 45 min then i have to hang it up or plug it up to get it to turn off and also remove the usb for 1 min then reconnect and turn hedset back on to get to work. Sound is great and other functionality is an improvement but the disconnect issue needs to be corrected.

I love the comfort and sound quality of the headphones.

Nephew also loved this for Christmas. I was lucky enough to get the last one on the shelf.

These sound better than the 3D pulse, but they disconnect about every twenty minutes. They didn’t do that when I first bought them. It started about a week later. They start to sound distorted, then they disconnect. I’ve quit using them and gone back to the 3D Pulse. No problems with those. Hopefully there will be a fix soon.

Bought this headset as a replacement for my ps 3d pulse that nolonger was a pairing with its reciever(reciever burned-out) and wasn't able to find replacement parts. Pairs well with both my ps5 and pc via or by reciever, the Bluetooth connection easly switches between the and the mic doesn't pick up background noise.

Great product! My nephew loves them and raves about the quality all the time.

if you like good quality sound these are your headphones ever since I’ve had a PS five and these came out. They’ve been amazing.

These headphones are great sound and utilization wise with multiple connections capability. BUT, after mine broke, I came to the reviews, and I see just about EVERY pair that was purchased broke in the EXACT same spot. Clearly its a design defect and at $150 cost point, playstation should be doing something to compensate all of these customers. So therefore……one star……oh, and dont leave out the multiple times they disconnect during gameplay….

I still cleaned/disinfected the unit, but it runs/sounds great! Totally worth the discounted price for open box!

This headset is truly amazing. The 3d audio technology is precise and functional. This one of the best sounding headset ok the market.

Great headphones. The USB dongle is easily broken so be careful but easily replaced ($24). sound is AMAZING, being wireless is great, microphone worked well, I had read that it was the weakest part but everyone i spoke with said it sounded great. Very Very comfortable

Very comfortable and sounds amazing. Range isn’t great if you have to leave the room, but within the same room, no issues with drops

I loved these headphones it really helps me more at shooting games than anything I also have the earbuds because my dad bought them for me on my birthday last year and they are both the exact same in my opinion so if you need to decide on which one to get I suggest the difference is between the earbuds or these headphones to see the pacific thing that you are looking for

I absolutely love them!!!! The only thing is they unpair and if you don't know what you're looking up you won't ever get them back paired, but don't freak out because I sure did! They are amazing, and the sound makes it where your right there!!!

It was a birthday gift for my sister-in-law, she absolutely enjoyed it. I haven’t seen her take it out since he got it.

I was hesitant to purchase over the ear style but I wanted to test the PlayStation quality (as it connects to PS5 & other digital equipment). I was extremely pleased and would recommend these to others. While they were a preorder, I feel they were worth the wait.

These are pretty good when they work. Works great for me when blocking out noise that is around me so I can be on the ps5 in peace. So far only disconnected on its own 3 times on the first weekend of use. Hope it is not a normal issue and gets fixed because I am kind of wishing I spent more on a better headset.
