I couldn't be happier with the pulse elite headset! Without a doubt is the best headset I've ever purchased. Sound quality is off the charts,You hear everything going on around you,especially in fps games,it makes me feel like i have an edge on the competition.

This was a Father's Day gift for my son. He was thrilled to get the model a step up from his previous headset. It is now September and he uses them daily. The reason for 4 stars is they broke today, snapped in half. His previous set lasted 6 years, this pair 3 months. I will update the review if Sony is good about replacing them under warranty.

Comfortable with nice volume. I like the included charger. I use this for my pc via Bluetooth and no issues.

The product headphones work exceptionally well. The Sony gaming headphones have a great slung and pair easily with the PS5.

Great sound. Wish it had the ability to adjust the audio mix from chat poor quality materials. Mine broke in less then 6 months

For the extra $50 to the original i think they sound excellent. My friends on chat even say I sound clear.

They are ok not alot of the features i like such as audio balance on the fly between chat and game sound. Good surround sond and decent directional sound. Ok for the money there are definitely better feature packed headsets

It took me a bit to connect this to my PlayStation Portal, but after a quick restart, it worked great! The 3D sound quality is a lot of fun, especially with horror games.

Very good actually better than I thought at first. A little light on bass. But FPS is very good. I wish they were made with more steel or aluminum. But sound is top notch. (If you want to hear and not beat the bass) there is bass it’s not for rap…

My husband loved it as his Christmas gift I recommend this.

It's OK Honestly was expecting the first party "Elite" headset to perform better and be more comfortable. THis thing randomly disconnects from the PS5 during gaming sessions. Which is ironic since my third party corsair headset has never once done that. Unsure why A Corsair headset has better connection with a PS5 then a Sony PS5 headset. The sound quality is decent but nothing to write home about and the haptics are cool for about 5 minutes then if you're like me the novelty wears off and you'll never use it again. All in all I wouldn't recommend this headset even at a discounted rate. Spend a little extra and get a corsair or even spend less and get a HyperX both more comfortable and feature better quality audio/

Connect issues right out of the gate. Sounds comes through with static often. Constantly have to reconnect do to the headset disconnecting. Save your money!

This is my 2nd pair. The first pair got used so much that my son now uses it. I love it and would by again.

This headset compliments the PlayStation 5 very well, it has a lot of cool things about them like connecting your PS5 and your Bluetooth device at the same time. My only complaint is the the tiny buttons and leather like fabric around the edge of the ear cups tends to come loose over time.
