Broken headset

Fairly frequent disconnects that end up with me having to physically go over to my ps5 and unplug the dongle/plug it back in to reset it during the middle of an online game isnt great. Im not sure if it can be fixed with a software update or if it is hardware related, but a headset that cant stay connected isnt great, especially when it comes from sony and is marketed to be a perfect pairing with the playstation. A friend bought this headset too and has the same issues. He ended up keeping it, i returned mine. Hopefully the issues will get ironed out in the future, but for now i cant recommend the pulse elites.

Amount of background noise the mic blocks out alone is what sold me. Worried about the ear muffs peeling but so far so good

But the important part is the sound is amazing and we have really enjoyed the product.
