They were sent back to Sony to repair but customer support messed up my address so they ended up being shipped to the wrong address and Sony would not own up to the mistake so I no longer have the headset I purchased. Frankly, I was not impressed with the sound. In my opinion, the original Pulse 3D headset sounds better. I expected them to sound closer to the sound quality of my Audeze LCD-XC but this was a total disappointment. Another issue with these Pulse Elite is that you cannot use them with the PSVR2 as they will not fit over the unit as the Pulse 3D does. These are more comfortable then the Pulse 3D but that's about as far as it goes.
