Slight upgrade to oringal pulse headphone although i miss having the chat mixer on the headset itself

Awesome! The charger is a little weird that it has to be hanging but we got a little headphone holder at dollar tree that works perfectly!

Saw a lot of mixed reviews when deciding on a gaming headset, couldn’t be happier with the Pulse Elites!

These headphones are awesome! Definitely makes the gaming experience more intense. Wireless works great without any issues, i highly recommend this product.

Best money I’ve spent on gaming. And I got it on sale. I don’t even use max volume on them because they get so loud. Not a complaint at all, this was a great investment.

Over all nice headset. Just wish it was easier to adjust chat and game volume separately

Honestly, it wasn’t worth the price tag on it. It would disconnect every so often and I googled it to see if it was happening to others. Apparently the Bluetooth messes up when you have other Bluetooth items on or something like that. Didn’t realize the return policy was only 14 days, so I wasn’t able to return it.

I will never buy a Sony headset again. Such a waste of money— I should have returned it when I had the chance. This thing paired correctly for me ONE time and it had terrible audio cracking that couldn’t be fixed no matter what I did. Even altering the EQ settings for it didn’t help— it literally sounds like the audio is being played from inside a cardboard box. It sounded the same as a pair of dollar store earbuds. Even with Sony support and numerous YouTube tutorials, I cannot get this hunk of junk to connect back to my PS5. The one time it WAS connected, I had to keep reconnecting it every 5-10 minutes. Don’t buy this headset!

I bought them for my friend. He enjoys the phone call feature while playing the game

2 disconnect in 100 hours of game play, other then that they are worthy of the money

Bought these in December 2024, use them every so often for about 3-4 hrs weekly, and they keep getting disconnected from the ps5. During matches you would need to unplug the usb from the ps5 consol and connect it back in order to work. Minutes later it disconnects again. Not worth price and the warranty on it sucks. No one seems to answer or help me with questions. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU GET FULL REFUND BACK.

I don't like the way to have band is but it's better than the previous headphones I have. I absolutely love that it can pair up to two devices at once. Besides it being a Sony product that is the reason why I wanted it.

The reviewers were not wrong when they said the build quality was trash. The EQ settings that it features barely changes the sound, has a constant popping noise that can't be fixed, it's perfect for the winter because it traps the heat in the earphones WAY too well, and the build quality is so bad that it broke within the first month. the weight of the earphone pulls on the headrest and eventually romove's itself from it. my 50$ headset does exactly what this thing does and a little more since it actually had some bass to it. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Really nice connection is simple and I like how you can use your phone and play the game easy.

Work great with PlayStation 5. Also work with phone at same time.

Very disappointing. I would get disconnected at random times and would hear beeping noises as well. After a couple of months, the headset stop working all together

Definitely not worth 150$ sound is good but way overpriced for how weak the design is these headsets have 0 durability if u pick up by one side the band snaps and its just a working headset that doesnt stay on your ears anymore

I may have got s dud, but when im connected, vis the usb adapter, if anything fast pace happens I start getting a 1 second delay. I have to unplug the adapter and plug it back in to fix it. Doing this multiple times a day is not a good experience.
