Christmas Gift

Broken TWICE

The audio is great but it will snap when you take it off your head. This happened to me once - got a new one with my “protection” where I still had to pay $60 and then it just happened again. If you’re going to call these elite, maybe make them sturdy. Plus the headband gets loose and feels weird after a month or two. Stay away

Waste of money

Way overpriced for a pair of headsets that randomly disconnect during every 2-3 hours of use. When they do disconnect I need to take out the adapter, then wait a few minutes before plugging it back in to the console just for them to be able to reconnect. It’s very disruptive during gameplay especially while playing multiplayer games where you can’t always pause to reconnect the headset. If it wasn’t for this issue these would be perfect but the fact I paid $150 for a pair of headphones that can barely stay connected was a mistake.

Do not buy.

And started having crackling noises in the earpieces, random disconnections multiple times a day. At, really bad times plus other issues.
