Amazing. Works perfect. I just wish that it came with noise cancellation just like the old one.

This item broke a week after I bought it. It broke as I was putting it on. I didn't drop it or anything. The material which was used for these headsets is so delicate, so I was being really careful, but it still broke! I did not buy insurance, and I couldn't return them because the 15-day period for return was over! I regret buying these!

Works great. Easy to connect to PS5 and windows Laptops.

When they work, they work. Unfortunately, I've had them disconnect for no reason. The battery was full, I was playing a game and the headset suddenly disconnected from the ps5 and I was unable to get them to reconnect until I restarted the console. About 30 minutes after that, the headset disconnected again. From searching online, it seems I'm not the only one who has had this happen, so hopefully Sony can find a remedy. Until then, this is not worth buying, given that wireless headsets aren't supposed to lose connection for no reason.

Works great! Use it with my series x, with an aux cable and wirelessly on my ps5

I have been a loyal sony fan since i was 5 and my parents bought a ps1. This piece of garbage is a waste of 150$ it disconnects randomly and the only way i can connect again is turning off playstation or unplugging the bluetooth. It so inconvenient. Sony as well as other big companies have gotten lazy with their products knowing us as the consumer will buy tge product. I am afraid the only way we get better use of the money we spend on these companies is to bouycott them until they give us tge products we deserve as a consumer

It has the ability to connect to the phone and PS5 at the same time. However, you should not! It confuses the headset so much to the point it just refuse to connect to anything. When you disconnect the phone it STILL doesn’t automatically connect flawlessly I have to keep pressing the button to connect it. When it FINALLY connects it’s a 50/50 chance that it will work perfectly OR randomly disconnects MID GAME and doesn’t reconnect. Save the stress and buy a different headset. (Only had the headset for 3 weeks)

Not a good headset, I bough this headset back in December it’s only February and I’ve been experiencing terrible quality with the mic as well as having issues with connectivity after calling they stated to me that there wasn’t anything they could do and recommend I buy a new one.

One of the worst tech purchases I’ve ever made. I bought to use with PC and there is near constant disconnects and degradation of sound quality when using wirelessly. I assume it’s some kind of interference with my wireless mouse and keyboard as they also use 2.4 ghz frequency via Corsair slipstream. If I could still return them I would, instead I have to use them with a 3.5mm audio jack or else they are worthless to me.

I am enjoying this new headset because it allows my gaming experience to become a lot more immersive.

This was my 2nd pulse headset I bought since its release as first one spontaneously stopped working. This 2nd one also has issues where it loses connectivity with the Bluetooth USB and turns off.

After having the product for a few months it broke at one of the connecting points, when I checked everyone one who I knew had one theirs broke at the same spot.

This headphones are great. They even work with my iPhone. Highly recommend

The feature to connect my phone to hear calls while gaming is something that I didn’t know that I needed but I can’t go without it now
