Not great, do not recommend

The quality is so cheap and they don’t sound particularly good either. I purchased these to try to replace a set of Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Max and these don’t even come close for more money. The turtle beaches have better battery life, audio quality, comfort, and quality.

WORST BUY!

The delay is unacceptable, especially considering the holiday season when timely deliveries are crucial. Despite multiple follow-ups, the customer service team has been unhelpful, providing vague updates and no clear resolution. I expected much better from a reputable retailer like Best Buy. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am reconsidering shopping with them in the future. Reliable service is the least one can expect when placing an order.

Constant Disconnections

The link system is TERRIBLE! Constant disconnection that resets and relinking doesnt fix. The previous version if the Pulse headsets disconnected as well. Would highly recommend getting a different brand over these any day of the week. Just sad

Felt pressure on my eardrums. Audio isn’t as great. You can’t adjust the party audio. Just the game audio. The setting is what did it for me.
