Looked online and it’s a common issue. Horrible design and even when they aren’t broken they are uncomfortable

Broken and connection sucks

Not sure if I have a bad unit or if the communication between the unit/dongle can't take interference. Best save your money at this price point and buy a better headset.

Cracked

The right side speaker was just flapping around after that. I replaced them with a different brand because i was so disappointed.
