The right side simply disconnected and eventually snapped the frame so now I have a loose ear piece. Wasn’t too happy about it but I should have expected it from the design. Not worth the price

BUT….these things cost WAAAAYYYYY too much to have these kinds of connection issues. Its super frustrating. In/out/in/out constantly. Then my personal favorite, at least once per session they will go out and stay out. Have to restart the console to get them working again. Not worth the money.

Sony won't take the device back for repair because there is no Sony registration mark on it. This device was purchased online (Best buy.com). I am stuck with a blown right speaker (driver).
