Also when using them immediate popping/crackling noises being to happen. No matter what I do or what I try the noise does not stop and it is very consistent. I will be returning these.

I ordered the product a few days ago and it still hasnt shipped. Was supposed to arrive today. Once it leaves its a two-three day delivery time. Horrible service.

I should of done more research, but I am now stuck with a headset that mic stopped working in less than a month. I went online and found out the mic not working is a very common problem. Sometimes the trouble shooting works, sometimes it doesn't. Don't risk having a headset with no mic
