They don’t work. The headphones won’t even update when it’s asking for one. The charging system is awful. Don’t get these…

After about 6 months the headset started disconnecting every minute or so. Very disappointing prior to this happening. I had no complaints. Sound was great and they were comfortable. I was hoping to get more than 6 months of use from them.

These headphones are super crisp and clear. They are comfortable especially for long hours of gaming. The buttons are perfectly placed where they are and I have no issues locating the buttons i want to push while wearing them. The only thing i wish these headphones had was a tad bit more bass. If sony could update the ps5’s EQ to further customize the sound settjngs then maybe that would fix it. Ive been replaying the uncharted series and even the first uncharted sounds great! These also connects to the ps5 almost instantly after turning them on. Much faster than the older pulse 3d. Definitely worth the price!

Just as good as the Pulse Wireless. Some connection issues when using it listening to Bluetooth audio as well as PS audio. Sounds is still great. Battery life not an issue.

I updated from my Pulse 3d and for the price I can’t complain. Crisper sound and longer battery life compaired to the Pulse 3d. Would be a 5 star headset if/when Playstation puts out an update to allow you to adjust chat volume and disconnect issues that it currently has. If you have the Dualsense controller volume and mute on/off can be changed without touching the headset so thats a plus.

im really enjoying these! the sound quality and 3D sound is crazy. music sounds good too. i like that i can adjust the EQ to be very specific and everything is extremely clear. the mic sounds way better than the standard model as well. i like connecting my phone to the headset so i can hear my videos in between games, and i can answer my phone during games too

Absolutely loving the PS5 Pulse Elite or Edge headset. Honestly one of the best gaming headsets I’ve used in a while. The sound quality is incredible with super crisp highs, deep bass, and that immersive 3D audio hits hard in games like Horizon Forbidden West and Warzone. The mic is clear too and I’ve had zero complaints from friends in party chat.
I’ve seen some people say their headsets broke or had connection issues but I’ve had zero problems in 5 months. No dropouts, no lag, nothing. They power on instantly the moment my PS5 boots up and the build still feels solid with not even a hint of wear.
Honestly it makes me wonder what are y’all doing with your headphones Sitting on them Using them as dog toys Because I game pretty regularly and mine are still going strong.
If you’re on the fence about getting one, don’t be. This headset is clean, comfortable and just works the way it’s supposed to.

Great headset for ps system

Great headset. Sound quality is amazing and the microphone people have all told me they hear me crystal clear. The only 2 problems I seem to have is the fit and the ability to connect to more than one Bluetooth applications at the same time. The fit is simply bc I have a smaller size head so the headset will slide off while wearing so I’m constantly having to put it back on. The multi Bluetooth connection does work; however, I have found that while using my iPhone while playing on the ps after a bit the Bluetooth will disconnect from the ps while staying connected to the iPhone. So I have to unplug the Bluetooth connector from the ps and replug it back in to reconnect back to the ps. This gets very annoying to do all the time so I now only use the headset for the ps and the connection seems to stay just fine now to the ps. I will also say the noise cancellation is AMAZING! I hear absolutely nothing but the game while using the headset. There are multiple equalizer options but frankly the default works perfectly fine for me.

My reason for returning is because after an hour or two. The cushions would start to hurt my ears. I had the exact same issue with the original pulse headset.

The audio is awesome, the fit is a little odd but you get used to it pretty fast. The biggest issue you absolutely will face with these is that they have a breaking point above the ear cup. If you search this you will see it is a common issue. Other than that the connection is a little weak but over all the audio quality is amazing.

Really wanted to like this headset

First i want to say i loved the older model Playstation headsets and never had connectivity issues even though they all seem to be a bit fragile, With that said this headset has been a headache to own, Out of the box it seemed great and i was happy with it but then id be in a game and it would disconnect and id have to connect it again which got frustrating because it would happen every 15 minutes. I tried being closer to the headset adapter which seemed to help the connection and cut down all the disconnects. I think an update they did for the headset also helped with that but now my new issue is when im not sitting right in front of my tv as close to the adapter as possible the headset is giving like a crackling/static feedback that i can hear and so can my friends when we are online so its also annoying for them to have to hear this also, I have looked all over the internet (google, reddit, youtube, facebook) for a fix and i can tell you now tons of people are having the same issues with no fix, I also see alot of people not dealing with these issues so it seems like some models work as intended. My girlfriend also got the Sony earbuds that came out she is having the same connection issues i was having but even worse. With all that said i will say this, If you decide to buy this headset i hope luck is on your side and you get one of the headsets that dont have all the issues. If you need to look for a different headset i would definitely recommend a Hyper x or a Steelseries i have both and have never had issues with any of the models i have purchased through them

I originally bought these to keep in the playstation eco system. Sounds great and mic is great. It just disconnects too frequently for me. Playing the new COD with my friends and it disconnecting mid convo or mid game is frustrating. I shouldve done research before buying but i did end up exchanging for the arctis 7p instead. Havent had issues but im tryna adjusts the mic’s sensitivity for that headset because its super sensitive.
