I have purchased one of these items in the past and was very satisfied. I had to purchase a new one due to additional meetings. It has great quality. You can hear the people talking very clearly. It is also very easy to set up and use. Very user friendly.

I bought this for my husband to use this man did not read the directions he did not like that the power button has to be slid and held to turn on he liked the digital screen the quality of recording was really good and he likes that you can hook it up to the computer it has a built in usb and comes with batteries we bought a micro sd card for it as well it was very functional for the money it

Love these little recorders. I'm an author working on a nonfiction book. Audio of interviews is so clear. I also put it next to my phone on speaker when I'm interviewing remotely. Always works perfectly (knock on wood). So easy to transfer files to my iMac. I like to leave all the files on the recorder as well. So I've bought several, as they fill up.

Great little recorder, easy to use and reasonably priced

Had purchased a cheaper digital recording device but you needed an engineering degree to operate it. This one is perfect and the recordings are crystal clear!

This recorder is great. I know you can record on your phone but if you are like me and have many great thoughts in the middle of the night you can just pick this up record your thought by turning on by touch in the dark. I have been so grateful every time I listen in the morning that I did not forget my thoughts.

I'm a renaissance faire performer, and I wanted to get something to record some of my interactions with customers. I decided to try this recorder. I put it in a small bag, and have it hanging on one of my props. I found that it records well, and is easy to use.

Nice little recorder. A little complicated. Once you get it figured out, it's relatively easy to use. Instructions are lacking. Can't screw it up too bad though.

After going through two other recorders from different manufacturer's that either malfunctioned within 3 weeks or just didn't do what I needed I finally found the right one. The Sony has excellent sound quality, adequate onboard memory for what I do and a mini SD slot for expansion. Some of the functions are a little tricky to figure out in the field, that is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It should really be 4 1/2 .
