Used it to record a meeting. Once i finished the meeting then I listened to recording and it was crisp and clear. Recorder is easy to set up and to replay.

A very good buy. I bought it for two reasons. The first one is to compliment my part time photography business. With it I can record quick notes about the photos that I take - what they are of, how they were taken if in any special way with any special lens or other things about the photos. The second reason is to carry with me at all times, even if I am not taking photos and record other types of notes for myself later.

This unit is much better and easier to use than a similar unit I purchased from another store several years ago. Pros: The view screen is easy to read. The controls are intuitive, press record and it records, you don't have to select record mode, location, and format for every time you make a recording. You set them once and you're done. It has a built in USB connector so you can save your files easily. Cons: Could use a more sensitive built in microphone. The On/Off Switch takes a firm press to power On / Off. I have to use a finger nail to do it. Compared to my previous recorder this unit is great.

Like the convenience of recording data by voice instead of taking a tablet and pen. Makes job easier as I am in technical and do a lot of customer troubleshooting. Along with that, I write reports and is nice to transcribe from this recorder. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was that it does not have a belt clip nor holster. Just the old pants pocket is your only option

Good product. Uses AAA batteries and lasts a good while. Wish it was rechargeabl. I love the usb option to plug into my computer.

Takes excellent recordings and is very user-friendly and intuitive. Includes a built-in, sliding USB male connector to transfer recording files to laptop. Perfect product.

What an awesome tool to have. As a college student I use this to record lectures then use OpenAI Whisper to convert them into powerful notes. I use this recorder over using say a laptop software because it can record very well in big rooms and very dependable.

This was perfect for my needs. As a private investigator I record a lot of interviews. The usb plug makes it so easy to download recordings to my case files. Recording quality is superb.

This unit is used at our church to record messages. This recorder is plugged into our existing PA system. The quality of the recording is very nice. I went through it and customized all the settings for the best recording sound. This works like a charm and is very reasonably priced. I'm very happy with this purchase.

My review of this product from Sony is that the product is easy to use & the set up is simple, digital recorders are even being used in Paranormal investigations like what you see on Travel Channel's Ghost Adventures. So if you are looking for a great easy to use digital recorder choose Sony PX Digital Recorder.

Needed a recorder to take quick notes without having to use my phone. Plenty of memory/space for tons of notes. Plug and play with my Mac to transfer voice recordings.
