Read speed 94MB/sec and Write speed 70MB/s. 64MB at a file size of 6MP/pic will give you 30 thousand JPEG images or 3 thousand RAW. The Video is where it shines by giving you over 300 min HD High 24 Mbps. The read speed to your camera is very fast at 94MB/s. Great for burst settings of the camera. A word of advice for any new SD card-- Take a minute to format it in your camera, take a picture and see camera reads it to the card, i.e. captures the picture before striking out to take your shots.

Have been able to record movies in the HFR mode and other video modes. Haven't tried shooting 24 fps yet but since it's handle video like a champ I'm hoping everything else works great too.
