I really like the small form factor of this lens, and in fact it is the most used prime on my Sony A7R2. I highly recommend this for traveling and great general walk-around lens. I bought open box but arrived like-new.

I use this lens for travel and anytime I want a small, unobtrusive camera setup that is lightweight and doesn’t scream “expensive camera.” Sharp images, low distortion, ideal for Street photography.

What I like it is a small , sharp,parfect to carry out your, even in your pocket. What I don't like it is a praise.

This lens is awesome. Very light for street shots and versatile enough for great looking portraits. Probably not as sharp as the more expensive GM lenses but the size makes up for it. Easily a lens that can be in everyone’s bag without bulking.

I love fixed focal length lenses, and this lens with Ziess optics is a good medium.

I bought this open box/excellent online, and while the lens is great and has no major issues and it's really nice and sharp on the A7rII; Best Buy shipped the lens in the original box with no cushioning, so it was bouncing around in there (but inside a padded envelope). I was luck that it was OK, but be aware if buying open box online!

35mm was a nice lens to have, thou i was limited because of its focal lenght. I bought and used it during a vacation trip. I need to have an all around go to lens.

What can I say. This is probably hands down one of the best lenses in Sony-Zeiss line-up. Nothing beats it when it comes to value for money. Lightweight and small, it’s as close to a pancake a lens can get.

Sharp and crispy images. You’ll be pleased of the image quality, build material, and size. If 35 is your focal length, don’t hesitate - if you can afford too. Look at the Samyang 35 as an alternative.

This lens is a great start when purchasing a camera in the A7 range. Keeps the system small and provides excellent picture quality. The 35mm range is flexible and can work in various situations.

A heavy price tags for a nice lens. This lens is a great focal length for both FF and crop sensor. It's a great mid range prime lens that allows you to capture a great deal of your shot. Very sharp and fun, this lens is a great compact companion for your Sony-E mount system.

I would like to thank the sales person for recommending this lens for its quality and size. It worked out great for walking around DC for a week.

This 35mm Sony zeiss lens is a absolute must own! It's pretty much a tie between this one and the 55mm zeiss 1.8 get them both! You will not be dissapoonted!

This is a great lens for street photography and other times when a wide angle lens is necessary. The quality appears excellent. A little heavier than I anticipated, but sufficiently light nonetheless. Very happy with this purchase thus far.

As all the other reviews say--this is a light, small but excellent lens! I got mine as an open box item and it is perfect!

This is a really awesome prime lens. It forces me to look for good composition in my pictures, I'm a beginner photographer.

Took me some time to buy this lens and went into did it it was the best thing I dod, now does not come out of my camera.
