I bought this speaker for my 13 year old daughter for her birthday a month ago. She really likes it. It's so compact that she can bring it anywhere, and the sound is perfectly adequate. It is even water resistant, so she can use it while in the shower without the steam affecting it. It is not waterproof, so she keeps it on a high up shelf in the shower. The only thing that she does not like about it is that it does not display how much battery is remaining.

Surprisingly clear sound, and a solid battery life. Perfect speaker to take out on a boat or on a golf course. The volume is plenty loud and it seems durable so far.

Great sound with plenty of volume capability. Goes to the pool with us and on the golf course. Fits perfectly in the cup holder.

I bought this speaker for my girlfriend when it was on sale for $30, for that price it's a steal, but for $50 it's a bit harder to sell. This thing can very easily fill a room with a lot of sound, and a surprising amount of bass for the size. It also is great for shower music being water resistant. I bought myself a second one after hearing hers, but to pair them in stereo is a massive headache, don't buy them for that reason. Just wish it had USB-C charging.

This is a good speaker that will supply you with pretty loud mono sound playback for the compact size that it is, and also a pretty good battery life. it's waterproof and dustproof, making it great for traveling, camping, hiking, parties, shower singing, etc. Or even as a desktop speaker. I did happen to purchase this a few weeks prior to the new XB13 model being announced... but I'm alright with that as this XB12 model has a nice rubberized surface to it that I think makes it extra rugged. Overall the design is like a miniature Apple HomePod in my eyes.

I have hearing problems and find it hard to understand words being spoken on tv. Got tired of the wife telling me to turn it down, so I went to Best Buy and purchased an inexpensive Sony portable bluetooth speaker. It's great, I sit it on the end table next to my recliner. This little speaker can also plug into an outlet for use instead of using bluetooth. The wife is no longer telling me to turn the tv down, life is good.

This little speaker is big on its delivery. It is so easy to connect to your device. I have used the microphone for a speaker phone option on a family call. Plus, the audio is loud and clear, even in a large setting, when listening to music, podcasts, or audiobooks. I was able to buy it on sale which made it a fantastic purchase. With its portable size, dustproof, and water proof perks, I will be using it a lot.

Bought this small but powerful speaker Winter of 2019. After almost a year of use, it has not once disappointed and its been through a lot of dust, water and a fee accidental drops. It has resisted very well against the elements and it plays audio beautifully. Volume can reach a decently loud level, and can be paired along with a second speaker to achieve even louder sound. Feel confident about this purchase, you won’t regret it.

Nice little speaker in this category/price range. Cute looking little thing (I have the blue color), very light weight and will travel well. For the main purpose of portability, which is a key requirement for me for this purchase, it serves the purpose very well. The bass is ok; if you want a lot of bass then get larger speakers. This is not going to stand up to the powerful UE speakers or others that are larger and more expensive; but it's excellent for traveling and getting some good music that is not tinny sounds from my phone.

This speaker is easy to connect and lasts a long time, the sound is great and much louder than I expected!

I bought one of these speakers last summer for myself when I had a 'loyalty coupon' to use. This speaker is easy to set up and use. For its size it has great sound (I am not an audiophile); the battery charge has outstanding longevity and it is easy to pack no matter what size luggage you're using. I like it enough that I bought another one, (on sale), for my wife as one of her Christmas presents last month. She likes it as much as I do!

the main complain i heard about this is the bass is bad, and it is. but this is a small speaker that will fit in most pockets or on your belt so you should not expect great bass. you do get great sound though. and if you get two you wont notice the bass being low. however you can mess with your devices setting and make the bass better if you are into that. i dont listen much to super high base so it is great for me. it is expensive, but worth it.

Totally impressed with the sound given the unit’s size and price. It’s not a replacement for a home speaker system, but if you want to listen to music while having dinner outside or while sitting in the pool, it’s perfect. The battery seemingly lasts for forever and it survived an accidental 1 1/2 drop onto pavement (I accidentally bumped it off of a patio table). All in all a great purchase.

Excellent Speaker Great Bass Water and Dust Proof Loud and Crisp Voice

I bought one of these for my mom, who uses it to play music in her office room. Its volume and clarity is WAY better than I expected for the size and price. So much so that I ended up buying another for my brother-in-law who takes it on construction jobs. Super easy bluetooth setup, great battery life and shockingly good sound quality. Really a killer deal especially when on sale.

I wanted the best Bluetooth speaker for the shower below $50, and this one didn't disappoint. The battery is fantastic! I bought it 3/20/21, charged it all night, as directed, and didn't have to charge it again until 5/17/21 with regular use. The sound is outstanding. Others have said it is heavy bass, but I find it just right. It is water tight.

This is perfect for cookouts or relaxing by the fire or even just doing some spring cleaning at home. It’s the perfect size to travel with and has a nice waterproof/dirtproof feature for if you’re on the beach or at the pool. It’s small but packs a punch with great sound! It would be cool to get a second speaker to add to this single one to create a surround sound effect for outdoors!

Small, loud speaker. Lots of bass. Very easy to connect with any device.

Bought 2 to sync together and deliver sound over area of coverage (2nd time doing this). These deliver a great overall sound quality at all volumes. However, depending on the surface you place them on, high volumes (my preference) will have them 'dancing' around, so keep an eye on them to make sure they stay in place. Lot of bang for the buck. Haven't tried the water resistant and don't really want to, but comforting to know it's there. Sometimes hard to sync with parent but it may be my device.
