I intended to purchase the JBL flip 4 when I came into Best Buy. They had it on display so I played the sample music to listen to the quality. It sounded great but I figured since I was there I would try them all. The Sony instantly amazed me at how much clearer the sound was similar to a home theater system and only $5 more than the Flip4. In my opinion there was only one speaker that sounded better than this and that was Bose. The Bose was much more expensive so I chose the Sony. I have no regrets with this purchase. I listen to music in the house from my phone and outside too. Also sounds great paired to my iPad watching movies. Battery life is excellent and a voice even comes over and tells you Charge is needed when you’re about an hour or two away from being empty. This product is def worth a try for anyone looking!

I just bought this item and it sounds really good for such a small speaker! It has pretty good bass and the lights are a nice touch. I just use it for a speaker in my bedroom and the battery life has been just fine so far.

the battery life is really good. the sound quality is good also. its not too big nor too small perfect if your just relaxing outside and want to play some music, podcast etc.

I love this little Sony SRS. It's small, but dynamite comes in small packages. We put this outside and it fills the backyard with music. Seems like the battery lasts forever too. Great Bluetooth speaker.

This has to be one of the best bluetooth speakers I've ever had. The sound quality is great, very loud and clear. The Bass is amazing and gives a feeling of power. Easy to connect to your device.

I love this small speaker , it has a lot of power juice almost 5 hours and has great sound and very light, You can take it to the park , walking or for a run if you don’t have headphones.

I got this for my father and he loves to use it in the backyard while doing yard work, it can be super loud, but its very clear and battery has Long life.

Pros: easy to use. Lightweight. Good sound quality for what I use it for. Cons: battery life could be longer but it’s sufficient. Overall: would definitely recommend this product.

This speaker puts out quality sound that fills the room. You can hear the base well. It even has a fun "party" light. Long life on a short charge. Overall, great speaker.

This is a nice looking speaker. The sound is decent and the lights really set the mood , but that doesn't justify that $100 price point. The package is home to a pre-charged speaker and a 20" micro USB charging cable( I don't know why they couldn't go with a USB type-C cable.) without a charging brick. You deserve a charging brick when you spend C-note. The sound is okay, but I'm thinking Sony is banking on you buying at least two. Reason being, you can link up to 100 Sony wireless speakers together with a feature referred to as a Wireless Party Chain. I honestly don't know anyone, let alone a group of people that would be in a situation that would give you the opportunity to link that many Sony speakers in one area. There is no smart features integrated in these speakers either.This is only a bluetooth device. I can't recommend this to anyone, knowing that there are better and less expensive speakers available on the market. As always, here's a link to my full online review. Awesome and durable speaker. The sound quality, the battery life, and the ease of use are excellent. No complaints and I would buy again!

For the price, you can't beat the sound that this Bluetooth speaker puts out. I have two and the pairing is easy through the Sony app. I would recommend over pricer speakers in the same category.

Waterproof, strong battery life, clear highs and mids. Bass isn't what a $100 speaker should be pushing but play with your levels and you'll find the sound quality you desire.

I purchased mine back in DEC 2019 to use as my sound speaker on a 60" TV in the garage. The speaker has a line in port that I use to connect to my TV since it's not BT. Best Buy carries the line in to red/white RCA jacks cable and it's flawless. The speaker does get a little boomy but I would rather have some bass anyways. I can still use the BT function for streaming music from my phone as well and the speaker quiets itself when I get a phone call. It usually runs about $100 but when it goes on sale, it's usually half price.

Love it. Hooked up easily. It synced up to my iPhone X instantly. The sound is perfect And had a lot of bass. I also love the light on it.

Got this for my wife so she could play her playlist poolside. She is not the most tech savvy person but she has no problem using it at all. Sound quality is fine but the battery life is not as good at high volume as my JBL Flip 4 otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars. It will last her 5 hours at a medium volume before it starts to fade. It also has a nice little lighted trim that wraps around the front that younger children will love but you can turn it off for longer battery life. If your goal is long battery life go for the JBL Flip 4 IMHO.

The speaker was on sale and has not failed me at all. Sounds and looks awesome and easy to carry. Lasts up to 12 hours.
