For the bass sound, this usually depends on the source that you're playing and audio device that you are using. We are not sure what brand/model of audio device you have this Wireless Neckband Speaker connected to. However, you may try following the steps on the articles below to isolate the problem:

And for multiple listeners, Bluetooth devices are setup for one-to-one connections. If you are referring to multipoint connection, we are sorry, but as part of normal operation, we cannot connect two devices/Neckband Speakers at the same time to the transmitter of our SRS-NS7 Wireless Neckband Speaker.

Move the device away from radios, TV, tuners, microwave ovens, etc., and areas where the wireless LAN access points were set up.
Move the connected Bluetooth device close to the wireless speaker.
Note: Walls, metal racks, or other objects may interfere with the connection between your wireless speaker and the source device.
Issues may occur if you're operating applications or accessing the settings on your mobile device. Stop the Bluetooth playback if you're performing these operations.
Restart your mobile device, then reconnect to your wireless speaker through Bluetooth.
