    I purchased this Sony 4K Ultra 3D Blu-Ray for $150. This is a great blu-ray that upscales regular blu-ray discs to 4K images and sounds. The player is very easy to use. I highly recommend this player!

    I've got this 4K disk player, Sony model UBP-X800, connected to a 49 inch LG 4K TV. I have no serious complaints. It upscales all DVDs and Blu-Ray disks I've used. The picture from 4K disks really is an improvement over the picture from standard Blu-Ray disks. I'm pleased with the extra clarity from 4K disks. I just play 4K, standard Blu-Ray, and standard DVD disks. I don't use 3D disks, and I don't stream anything. So, I have no idea how 3D or streaming perform on this player. I had one instance that was a bit annoying. I wasn't able to upgrade the player's firmware (software) using an ethernet cable from player to my router. I had to download a file from the Sony website onto my computer and then transfer the file by thumb drive to the player. But that worked just fine.

    HDR and HDR uprading even for TVs without HDR, 4K and BluRay playback with 3-D compatibility with a stunning array of website on its NET mode and built strong and meant to last SONY quality at it's BEST!

    I purchased this Sony over Christmas. It was very easy to set up. The 4K video is superb and the Sony has played all media without incident. I’ve also played SACDs and DVD Audio without any problems. Highly recommended.
