I've always been a Sony fan and when they finally came out with 4K player I grabbed it. Great picture as always. Easy to setup.

The set up, the updating, the integration with the Sony 4K TV, and the connection to our WiFi all went quickly and smoothly. I am very happy with this product.

Purchased unit from Best Buy during Black Friday sales. Very good value for the money. When watching a 4k DVD we could not notice that big of a difference from watching a Blue Ray.... watching on a 52" screen.

I bought the Samsung 4K player when it first came out and had problems with the screen going black and having to restart it all the time. The small remote was also terrible. I took it back to Best Buy as I had the protection plan and I was able to give it back and get this one, the Sony UBP-X800. The difference was noticeable right away. The remote was much better and easier to use and I think the picture is better. All my other components are Sony and work great. Would recommend to anyone.

Player is excellent -- love that when I turn the player on it changes the input on the TV! Easy remote access. A little difficult to see if it's on or not -- only indicator is a tiny green light that comes on.

Works well. Audio as described worked well. Pictures are HD quality. Simple to Install Fun to use. Easy.

load speed is fast, upscaling is tremendous of regular DVD's, Beautiful 4K delivery. Exceptional player for the money.

Finally got a 4K player when the price got right. This one is great! Easy set up, and the picture is amazing on my 4K tv.

Bought it with a new 4k TV. Amazed by the excellent quality of even old none 4k or Blu-ray DVDs.

This sound bar is easy to integrate with the tv. It also projects great sound quality over the standard tv speakers.

Bought to have UHD and as a replacement while my Oppo95 goes to the shop, I am impressed with the video and audio performance from this deck. Plays all my SACD's, DVD-A's, and latest UHD discs too. Equals or betters the video performance of the Oppo with upscaling of Blurays. The Oppo sounds better using it's analog outlets and good I/C's, but the X800's HDMI audio performance is better, compared to using the HDMI output of the Oppo, with clearer dialogue and improved surround channel sound .
