I was pleasantly surprised at how well this no frills unit met my expectations. It's menu is much easier to access than my old one. It loads fast, has a good crisp image so what's not to like. We have a streaming device so I've not accessed that function. Coupled with the price reduced, being sold as an open box, I got a great deal for a nice functional bit of gear.

excellent video and audio playback, no issues installing it. Had one before this and bought another for a family member.

This blue ray player is a best buy! Excellent picture and sound. Ease of operation, small size and fast loading are a plus.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. What I like about this unit is its compact design and ease of use. Additionally, the price point was less than I expected.

After purchasing a different item from another manufacturer, that didn't work, I decide to give the Sony player a shot. It was much easier to setup and much more user friendly. My husband and I enjoy the streaming feature also. Overall very satisfied with the Sony. And best of all it was less expensive than my original choice!

It's an older model from 2016 and the streaming service feature is more or less obsolete, but I knew that before I purchased. It does is what I bought it for. To stream DVDs and Blu-rays which it does rather well. Nice unit.

Low cost, high quality, easy to connect. No lagging, great picture

This item item works as promised. However we purchased a 75 inch smart television and the delivery people never gave us any instruction on it's operation....

I dont know a whole bunch about electronics, but I needed an easy to set up/easy to use Blu-ray player (I stream everything, but I have a lot of old DVDs/Blurays) I went to the store with the intention of purchasing a different one, but this one was less expensive and had the same functions. So far, so good! Set up and use were/are easy enough for my kids and I to do.

This player was easy to install and easy to use. It has extra feature options that my old player didn't have and I have enjoyed adding some of those feature to this machine for my movie viewing pleasure.

Great Choice! I did some research on this player before asking about it in the store. So glad I bought it. BluRay discs look great, sound great and I got a terrific upgrade to my home theatre as this unit also plays all my old DVDs and CDs. DVD movies get an added benefit of upscaling and are more engaging than ever. I'm very happy with this product!

Great product for the price and I love that it is smaller so it takes up way less space. I have not used the steaming through it as of yet, as I have a Smart TV, but would highly recommend this. I had another Sony BluRay Player that finally died after 10+ years of use and just recently starting using it. I have no doubt this will last me a long time as well.

This new blu- ray dvd player is a better choice & quality. The picture is better than the original one also.

Nice and compact, this is the perfect Blu-ray player for those of us with a collection of favorite DVDs that we like to play now and then! Very easy to set up. Great player for us "old school" folks. Also has a lot of fancy features I won't use, but happy to have them if I want them in the future.

Great ease of use & install. The price was right and the quality is right there.
