Went to Best Buy looking for a DVD player. As always, the associate that helped me was amazing. I didn't know that I could upgraded to a blu-ray player & still watch my old DVD's on it as well. Great player & a great price too. I'm very pleased.

This Sony DVD player works great and serves our purpose of gaving a player we can use in our travel trailer to watch movies. Good value and no problems.

Compact size, easy to connect/operate, and great picture!

I bought this Sony Blu-ray player because I had inadvertently purchased some movies that were Blu-ray, not DVD. I didn't want to spend very much money, but wanted a decent player that would also play DVD's and other formats if necessary. Sony has a history of producing quality products, and this player had overall good reviews plus was still under $100 when including the HDMI cable. I was shocked at how small and light it is. I have it sitting directly on top of my old DVD player, which I'm glad I kept because some DVD's, especially older ones, don't play well on it. The picture isn't as sharp as on my old player with those discs. It was incredibly easy to set up and works fine with my Samsung smart tv. One drawback is that you have to use the remote for everything, so don't lose it. Overall, it's a good, basic player, but don't trash your DVD player because you will still need it for some discs.

I bought this for Blu-ray’s and DVD’s, as we have a smart tv. It is reliable. I do have it connected to Netflix etc, from setup, and it seems to handle that well too (though I have not used it in that way at all). I would recommend as a disc player.

The player's performance is solid. It was also very easy to install and operate.

A good product that meets all expectations and needs. For a few more $$$ I could have gone with WiFi capabilities, but I didn't need that. This is the second one that I've purchased, because the first worked well enough to get another.

This is very compact and easy to set up. Perfect for small spaces. Works for older dvd and blu-rays

This is the second DVD player as the one we bought before our puppy broke it so we had to purchase new one. It is a good player and priced right.

Easy to set up, my eight year old zooms through getting a DVD to play, very small in size so it fits anywhere, very satisfied with my choice

We bought this DVD player to replace an 8-year-old Samsung that stopped working properly. We're not gamers, so this basic model was all we were looking for, and the price was right. So far we are very happy with this purchase.

Very good buy as it runs DVDs and Blu Ray. I would say though if your router isn’t close you should buy the WiFi one. Also very convenient for people that do not have a smart TV as it has Netflix, Hulu etc.

This DVD player has been around for a while and there's a reason. If you want to still use DVD this is a fantastic product. Inexpensive, easy to setup and great quality.

Excellent product. This DVD players is small and sleek and easy to move around. It works well with regular dvds and blue rays as well.
