Good Product for the price, Great picture quality - No Wifi

This unit is a replacement for our other Blu-Ray/DVD/CD player. Our other Blu-Ray/DVD/CD player, the Blu-Ray disc playing part stopped working, but it would still play DVD/CD disc. Since we only buy Blu-Ray/DVD and CD disc, and we will never use that Smart Streaming part of this player, but this Sony player is a very good player. We have NO buyers remorse. Another point to point out is that any Blu-Ray/DVD disc we buy, we never use that Digital Code. Since this is our 3rd Sony - Blu-Ray/DVD/CD disc player that we have bought, I highly recommend THIS player.

I like this player. I had an issue with one of my DVDs not playing some of the episodes of a TV series. My other player did not have this issue. Both players are the same brand, but not the same model. I don't know what that's about. I did not read the specs carefully and found after buying, that it does not go on the internet wirelessly. Has to be plugged into your router directly. That was a bit annoying, but my own fault for not reading. Putting it in this review for others to be aware of this, in case you did not see it as well. Except for not wanting to play the DVD, and not having built-in wi-fi, it's good player.

My DVDs and Blu-rays on this Sony Blu-ray disc player sound awesome. The high-definition video with detailed and clear images, thanks to the 1080p maximum resolution, and incredible audio quality lets you hear every drop of sound. The compact Sony Blu-ray disc player fit perfect and very compact. It also includes a USB port so that you can play from flash drives.

Like the player. Haven’t used blue ray disc yet. Nice size and easy control.

Needed to replace a finicky blu ray I have & surprised that it was smaller But it works good

Small, compact, light. Picture quality is fine. Was able to mount it on wall behind my t.v. out of sight.

This player seems like it will be perfect for our needs. So far it has worked great both for streaming and to play Blu-rays and DVDs.

The instructions were easy to follow. It's small and compact. Does not come with HDMI cable but the sales person reminded me to get one if we didn't have one.
