Freezes a lot

We mostly use it for Hulu and Netflix, but it tends to freeze A LOT. We've only had it for a few weeks and use it for an hour or two in the evenings and do not have it on for long periods of time. We have to restart it a lot to get it working properly.

The player recognizes NTFS format on usb drive - rather than having to use old FAT, but as such 2TB is largest external drive it will recognize.

Does what it's supposed to do.

It does it without all the "bells and whistles" but, does what it's supposed to do which is play DVD's. These are getting harder to find as more and more people are streaming instead of playing DVDs.

It is simple to use my 3 year old Grandson is able to put movies in take them out and start them. He has been requesting Jurassic Park for months. He was surprised when the dinosaurs were sooo big on the new tv I also purchased from you guys. Well worth the money we paid and service was wonderful! Thanks Best Buy Guys
