It’s a basic Blue-ray DVD player that is well built and has a great picture when viewing DVD’s and Blue/ray disc’s.

Recently had to replace player only to find Samsung no longer made/sold dvd bluray players. Associate suggested choosing a Sony dvd player. The remote is practically intuitive--very easy to use. Liked it so much that we purchased a second unit. Glad we did!

Very surprised to discover the hdmi cable was included. I guess I didn’t pay attention to the description as I was gift shopping and had so much to chose from. Very happy with this item.
