So far this new one is performing properly, picture and sound quality are excellent for the price of the unit. like anything else, you get what you pay for!

I don't have a "smart" TV but needed a new DVD player. He saved me from possibly buying a fancier one than I needed and called my attention to the model that was on sale. Very pleased with him. The product works exactly as he explained it to me and I like it very much.

This is the third one I purchased and all are performing well, small box so it doesn’t take up much room. Very sleek looking. Have recommend to family members who have also purchased product and they love it. Personnel at store were very courteous and friendly.

Maybe some of the other people having issues are having issues with the tv brand or something not syncing up very well, but we have an Insignia and it's very quick to respond to the remote commands. I'd highly recommend this player!
