The unit is easy to install and easy to set up. I didn't have any issues. I've played a few movies and everything seems to work very well. I'm very happy with this disc player.

Quality player

It works great though so I'm happy. Easy setup and plays great. Only downside is it needs a hardwired internet connection to update, which I don't have where I live. Otherwise would buy again.

Great picture on regular DVDs

This one has excellent features for what we need and has great visuals with an easy to use remote. We're impressed!

Basically awesome

I was using my laptop with it's blu-ray player but wanted a more permanent player so I can use my computer while the roomies do movie night. No regrets. I would recommend to all my friends.

Great Bluray player

I was also having issues with Redbox movies not playing either. So I ran to best Buy and picked up this gem. It's small and simple to setup. Now we are watching blurays without any issues..
