needed a basic DVD player , but one that can play blue ray and regular dvds even better owned sony products in past, so went with reliable history this works great

The box is a bit misleading. Bought this because of the ability to stream Netflix, etc. checked the box over and did not realize it is not wireless until I went to set it up in my bedroom. It is a good cheap bluray player just don't think like I did that it's wireless

Sony is an excellent brand name and the Sony blu-ray prayer is great for the price.

I love this player it was the perfect fit for our family and allows us to enjoy streaming and the use of our Dvd collection!! We are very pleased with this purchase!

When my old DVD player stopped working I thought I was in for a big expense. I was surprised at the quality I got for a very reasonable price.

I finally have a simple Sony bluray player for my bedroom. My smart tv has Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime I did not need any more devices to make my modem overworked, just a bluray player that works great!

Our old player was worn out. We have a lot of old DVDs and as we get new movies, we'll upgrade to Blu-ray, but needed a cost effective way to play both types. This player does the trick. No fancy bells or whistles and easy to use. It was a good purchase.

Sent my daughter out for this based on reviews. Our new Samsung 65” 4K has only HDMI ports and we needed to upgrade. The connection couldn’t be easier and the quality is awesome, especially with blu-ray. Well worth it!

Our ancient DVD player lost connection to the TV. The new Sony gives high quality picture and works well. However, there are more features than we need (we just use the DVD player) and we lose a little time each time we turn it on selecting the DVD function.

Bought this to play Classic Universal Monster movies, for Halloween. The player was easy to set up. I have a Toshiba Blu-Ray, as well. Compared to the Toshiba, the Blu-Ray loads quickly, and plays quickly. Not too much of a lag. Works well with my Roku TV.

Great Sony Blu Ray/ DVD player. This unit is a great size & fits anywhere. The picture quality is 1080p & they are crystal clear images thanks to the hi-def. Also has USB port, which is always a plus. Great price too

Great product for the money. Recommend this product. Works very well with our Sony Bravia TV. Great features...like an eject button on the controller...gotta love that!

Decent Blu-ray player for the price. A lot of reviews said that this device was very noisy. But it's really not that bad, you can hear a very quiet noise coming from it only during the SILENT parts. And I could barely hear it then, only if I tried hard to hear it.

This Blu-ray player works perfectly for me. It is slim so it fits under my TV without blocking or disrupting anything. The controls are a bit difficult to figure out, but once you get it they are easy to remember. The device functions perfectly.
