You don't have to spend hundreds of dollars for a good movie player these days. Despite it's small size, Sony delivers a good quality DVD/Blu-Ray player that's got solid construction and is great for easy viewing in a non-home theater type room. It's simple to use, and with Sony's stellar history in quality audio and video for decades, it doesn't disappoint in terms of picture quality. And it's so inconspicuous, you almost forget it's there. For the money spent, well worth it! Been a fan of Sony products for years, and wouldn't you know it, Sony does it again!

I didn't expect much from this Blu-Ray player because it was cheap but I've been happy with it. Just remember to switch it over to DVD mode if you are playing DVDs. Otherwise, it won't switch layers in the disc and will turn the movie off.

I replaced a Sony DVD player that lasted 30 years. I love how easy this is to use and the quality is fantastic. It is awesome to have this so I can watch family memories . I really enjoy this new sony and value this brand.

Surprisingly does very well for the low price of the product. Not a lot of bells and whistles but we since both of our players died within the same week we went with cheap. Love the fact that it's not a space hog. But it does not save your place if you happen to turn it off and then go back to finish watching so if this is a deal breaker for you get a different model. It wasn't for us. This was the cheapest one on the shelf. And that was honestly the main reason for the purchase since we were buying multiple units. Overall I'm thrilled with the product and have no complaints.

Was a great addition to my other Sony products for my entertainment center. Integrated perfectly with the receiver and the TV with solid performance and visuals. Also the size profile makes it great for small spaces

This player is great value! The features are pretty basic, but it is a nice compact size, and fits in easily wherever you need to place it. It has most of the popular streaming apps built-in but it cannot connect to a wireless network, only to wired Ethernet. But if you don't need those features in a Blu-Ray player, then this model saves a decent amount of money versus other models!

Very good Blu-ray player at a good price. You will need to have a hdmi cable to connect to your TV. Wired internet, so if you want the streaming services, you'll need to get an ethernet cable also, and have an ethernet port available. Really easy setup, especially when connected to the internet.

Amazing price and amazing product! It was easy to set up and even has Netflix and app capabilities!! I'm more pleased than I thought with this product!

I recently added a TV to my new RV camp trailer and was looking for a Blu-ray DVD player to install for less than $60. This definitely fit the price range I was looking for. It was an easy and painless setup and off for the weekend we went. We figure this would help entertain the little ones during the trip. I wasn't too worried about it being wireless as mostly it was only going to play DVD's. One feature I have used quite a bit is the front-side USB to play movies from my portable hard-drive. So far I have not had any problems, but I have only used it a handful of times.

Purchased this to take the load off my 4K player. This Blu-Ray machine does the job, although I dislike having the apps installed I guess we are stuck with those - it still provides good picture quality and sound. Would buy again.
