My old blu-ray player died and I needed a quick, not so expensive replacement to stream Netflix. Did quick research and this fit my specs and pocketbook. So far it has worked flawlessly. Pleased with my purchase.

This was a gift for my oldest son, to replace a non-functioning player. It performs well, and was easy to set up and to operate.

Works well for the price I paid. I trust Sony products as they are well made, in my opinion.

Blueray player is easy to use and simple to install

This Blu-ray Player was a great deal and all I really needed. It's simple to use (thank goodness) and easy to hook up with the proper cables selected by the Best Buy associate.

I have many different brands of electronics I found I can always rely on Sony. A nice sleek look and plays very well. The best part is the cost. I got a great value for my money. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I don't know blue rays from xrays but I had to buy this, long story. So as long as I had it, I started to use it with one tv in house. Now we realize that it can see closed captioning on DVDs from the library that cannot be detected by some of our tvbuilt-in DVD players. This unit moves from tv to tv now, if necessary. Might have to buy a longer cable to reach that wall-mount tv!

A basic blue-ray player that provides everything you need. I didn't need a "smart" dvd player, as I have a "smart" TV. This unit provided everything I needed as a very reasonable price. Excellent picture also.

Appears simple to use based on training by installers. Have not yet used this item.

I had to replace an older Sony that was damaged in a move. I was surprised at how small this unit is. It's easy to connect and comes with a lot of apps standard. This is an easy choice for the money.

I really like and have had great performance from all of my Sony products. This blu-ray has not disappointed. This is my 4th Sony blu-ray and planning on purchasing another one for my kitchen.

The player turns on quick, reacts fast with the remote, the picture is clear, and the sound is good. The included apps are very helpful.

I needed a DVD player and this one looked like it would work for what I needed. It works well and is easy to set up.

Works great and at a good price! I'd give it 5 stars if it remember there was already a disc in it when being turned on instead of requiring it to be opened and closed again.
