For the ability to play blu ray and dvd titles since my old one went caput. It seems to have a lot of bells and whistles that I don't need. But whatever, its probably okay for all the extra stuff too!

Working as expected as my last two that broke.

The price is reasonable and the same everywhere with slight discounts at times.

It should have came with its own HDMI, it's not like they are expensive. Also, the wired internet is lame. But worth the price I suppose.
