I was looking for an inexpensive DVD player to watch an MP4 file that was burned to a DVD. This did the trick so I am very happy with my purchase.

This units very easy to use for a child to use. There are no complicated buttons. Also, if it doesn't last as long we hope.,the cost will allow us to replace more rapidly than a more costly unit.

I Bouygues this blue ray player for my mother who's in her 80's. She has a hard time learning new things but, this blue ray player was simple enough to where she learned how to use it quickly. It has very good picture quality.

My first Blu-ray player and I liked it so much I bought a second one mostly because my older DVD player would not play the newer dual layer discs. This player has everything I need and then some.

Do not hook up to the Internet!! When you watch a movie you will lose audio at the 20 minute mark due to the movie companies installing some kind of software that will track you.I disconnected mine from the the Internet and everything works fine.
