We have the 3700 model from a few years back which seems to be almost identical to this. I have only briefly tested this one for functionality, hence the 4 stars. We needed something with wifi built-in and a few particular apps (Vudu, YouTube, Pandora, Slacker) and this fit the bill. If it works for 3 or more years, we will get our money's worth. No Amazon Prime or Disney+ apps though which would have been nice.

Sony delivers an outstanding product. The addition of the built in Wi-Fi and HDMI cable simplified installation which only takes minutes. It also has a small footprint which is just what I wanted. I highly recommend this item.

This blu-ray play works great! It is probably the most compact player on the market, so finding some space for this unit shouldn't be difficult! It has built-in wifi for streaming, but the selection of apps Sony offers is pretty limited and out-of-date...best just to use your smart tv or streaming devices for watching streaming content.

It's everything I had hoped for....especially being able to play all my Jazz tapes that were just collecting dust. The quality of my music was excellent as was the set up and playing of the disc player. BTW thanks for including the HDMI cable !

We purchased this Sony Streaming Blue-Ray player because our older Sony blue-ray would not play certain discs. This player has been excellent, as it plays all DVD and Blue-ray discs. The picture quality of both DVD and Blue-rays from this player are excellent. Shipping was quick and arrived undamaged. The player has all components necessary to utilize the player immediately

Overall, it was plug and play... and works exactly as described. very well.

Overall this is a good blu-ray disc player. I haven't used any of the advanced features yet but with just playing movies it works fine. The only complaints I have are that it seems to run a little slower than the player I had previously when starting up which can be a little annoying. Also, the remote could be a little more user-friendly when dealing with the settings and such. Other than that it's great and serves it's purpose! Love how small it is.

I purchased for my exercise DVD collection. I love that you can watch other APPS through the player. The picture is clear with sharp images. The remote is relatively easy, however I need to read the manual about the color collection of buttons in the second row. Very happy with my purchase.
