I had to get a replacement player, because the first one I bought broke down after 5 days. It would go on for five seconds, and then shut down. Let's see how this new one works.

Yes the audio and video quality are excellent. That does little good when you cant get through a movie without the player freezing at random requiring constant power cycles and restarts. Multiple discs have had the same issue with random freezes. Leaving a disc paused for a few minutes will stop playback entirely, and the only way to resume is to shut off the player completely. My PS3 is more reliable.

We purchased a Blue Ray player. The player is excellent. We had a member of the Geek Squad come and set it up. He was very pleasant and professional. He did a great job hooking it up.

Excellent player for the price, only issue was that the HDMI that comes included is not the best and I would hear somewhat distorted audio. I would recommend picking up a ultra HDMI Cable that supports 4k/60fps.

The unit seems to be slow to start up. It stops a lot. Not as impresssed as I typically am with a Sony product.

This machine replaced an older Samsung. It is small but does the job and is pretty easy to operate.. Very happy with its performance. Great price.

Has been good so far. Works as expected. Connects to wifi readily. No issues with disc play. Overall happy with it.

Don't have a problem using it creates every movie and Blu-ray disc that we own

I read the reviews before I bought it. I don't think the picture from the DVD player is any better than my Samsung DVD player.

This was set up by the squad and a DVD was briefly played. The instructions on how to do that was quick and I still have not been able to play a DVD.

Works great. The missing piece in my home theater. Loads discs very fast, remote works great. Nothing to complain about. Must have for Atmos material playback.

Plays all my DVD's and upconverts very nicely so that everything looks its best!

Even though 100% of movies are on or going to be on a streaming, there are some DVDs you want to have ans i am glad to have a device that handles all.
