Very sturdy and great build quality. You can tell the difference when you pick this unit up for the first time. Extremely quiet and great video/audio quality.

It does a great job playing 4K movies. This is the second one I picked up so I have a spare just in case, since it was on sale and physical media is not as strong as it once was due to the evil streaming.

This DVD is worth of money. Very nice quality. I would definitely recommend.

This machine is incredible. Produces lossless Atmos sound via “TrueHD” and has an incredible picture. This is one of the best 4k UHD dolby vision players out there.

This 4K HDR Dolby vision has all the bells and whistles. The upscaling for my old blue rays along with some of my ancient DVDs is just amazing. Naturally I am now looking forward to each evening enjoying this product.

I had a PS4 that I used primarily as a blu ray player and a streaming service. When it broke I didn't want to pay for a PS5 so I opted for a Sony blu ray player and assumed the interface would be the same as the PS4. Sadly, it was not. The blu ray player is excellent, but the interface is nowhere near as good as the PS4 and the only streaming services I can access are Netflix, Prime Video, and Youtube. With the PS4 I could access any streaming service I wanted. Also, the remote is not as versatile as the PS4. I ended up getting an Amazon Firestick to access the streaming services I lost. I am keeping the Blu-ray player because of the picture quality, but I should have gotten another PS4 or PS5 for the much better interface and streaming capabilities.

This is a great DVD player. It is a great upgrade to the older model I had previously. And the upgraded image it shows is awesome!!

so far so good. the unit matches my sony 4k tv, clear picture. the way the drawer opens is different for the entire front portion of the player opens not just the dvd compartment.

We have only had this 4K blue ray player for a week and are still getting used to it. We only have Creed II to test how well this player is and so far we have no complains. The main screen/menu is simple and boring but what player isn’t haha.

Whats not to like seriously. Things a beast! I think it makes up where other 4k blu-ray players fall short. The hi-res sound is 1 and the picture is nuts!

Recent purchase to replace 6 year old Sony BDP-S7200. Immediate impression of better sound and slightly clearer picture. Easy setup with no problems. Always a Sony fan.

At first I was so confused about which blu ray player should I get since streaming its became something more but if you really like good quality and performance while you enjoying a movie your have to get this ASAP

This Sony 4K player is one of the best players around loading is quick plays movies in Dolby vision. HDR 10+ Is good to but not much around to care about

Easy to use with high quality picture. Belongs in any Home Theatre set up.

Solidly built and good for the price. No firmware update to allow for auto switching for DV so despite what others may say, that does need to be manually executed when playing a disc with DV.
