But it’s solid for good reasons beyond its impressive appearance. It’s overkill for playing DVDs, but most of them are due to all the Smart features. It should hold up to heavy use and loud surround sound.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.fast startup, fast load, and fast streaming response times (faster than the samsung I had to replace) Bluray and dvd playback are excellent (samsung stopped playing all disks besides dvd) streaming is excellent, but the choices are scant (youtube, netflix, and a-prime) usb player has basic playback - does not display timeline and limited rewind, fforward, slowmotion, and other stillframe tools that were in my samsung seamless compatibility with sony receiver (no surprise there) no regrets . . . an excellent tool
