The menu is easy to navigate throughout the settings. The quality of the picture is fantastic as is the sound. It is very much value for money it does everything it says on the box. Great 4k player

It allows you to get your money's worth from 4K blu ray movies by displaying excellent picture and sound that in my opinion surpasses streaming quallity.

Just a 4K UHD player.

My new Sony Bravia 8 comes with all of those. It plays well with the TV sense there are both Sony. the picture and sound are great. Plus, the TV set it up for me.

Great picture, a bit on the expensive side. There are limited options available now -- replaced a dead unit in my RV

Best Buy Open Box Miss

It’s easy to operate, even with manually changing the settings for Dolby. It’s also responsive whenever I need to move forward or go back. I knocked one star off for the open-box guarantees. I bought this item as open box excellent, and it was NOT restored to factory settings. As a matter of fact, there was still a DVD inside, AND the language settings were not restored to the original. It was in Spanish, and I had to restore factory settings myself with a little help from Google Translate. I’m glad I saved money, but Best Buy needs to do a better job norming its procedures for returns. It was disappointing to buy an “excellent” item, and it was immediately clear that no one bothered to turn it on when it was returned.

It’s back to buying physical media for me.
