Thanks for sharing your review and experience with the ULT FIELD 1 speaker. Your feedback about its volume is greatly appreciated. The overall volume may vary depending on the source content. Make sure to adjust the volume of the speaker and source device. You also have the option to adjust the sound effects of the speaker to fine-tune the sound quality to your needs. Make sure to charge the built-in battery sufficiently. The sound may become low in the following cases. This is not a malfunction.

-When the built-in battery is running low and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly, while the speaker is being powered by the built-in battery only.
-When the rechargeable built-in battery is running low as a result of long-time use of the speaker at a loud volume even though the speaker was connected to an AC outlet by a USB AC adaptor (commercially available) or to a computer that comes equipped with a USB charging port.
-When the ambient temperature of the speaker is high.
