    Speaker is great. I asked for the colors they had available and the employee said they only had black. I actually didn't mind black so I bought it. Well I opened mine up and it was white! The employee didn't know that the picture on the box was generic and that there's a swatch of color showing the color of the speaker in the box. Knowing how bad Best Buy is at returning items that aren't used, I just kept it. However, I will not be returning to this store and will purchase everything online now because of lack of training and lack of effort from the employee to dig in more. I have 19+ years of retail experience with 1 company and expect better service at the point of purchase.

We'd love to help you troubleshoot your problem and turn this into a better experience. You can listen to music wirelessly with 2 speakers (Stereo Pair function). To use the Stereo Pair function, 2 ULT FIELD 1 speakers are required. By connecting 2 speakers via a BLUETOOTH connection, you can enjoy more powerful sound.

      2 speakers connected via a BLUETOOTH connection play sounds in stereo, where 1 speaker plays the sound on the right channel (right side) and the other plays the sound on the left channel (left side).
