Product is well made and very likely will last a long time. The instructions could be improved but are not impossible to figure out. I have already recommended the recorder to several friends who are in the market for one.

I have used many different recorders over the years as a home, inspector and have found the Sony recorder to be far superior than any other on the market. Furthermore, the software that is used with the Sony recorder is also very easy to navigate.

I bought the Sony UX-570 to help me take minutes at meetings. The recorder is much smaller than I had expected. I used it for the first meeting last week, the recorder was easy to set up and it played back with great sound quality.

This sound recording is all that I wanted as a child and has all that I need has an audio fanatic. Easy to use and long lasting power. I use it everywhere and in so many different ways. To sing. To add memos. Book ideas. dictator. Spying. Interviews...

It took a little time to get used to making sure it was turned on or off, but once I mastered that I find this digital voice recorder is something I wish I had a long time ago. It can really make a difference in keeping track of certain things that would otherwise be forgotten.

This is an excellent recorder that I used to record business meetings. It is easy to use, there is a a YouTube video that goes in great detail on all of the features that are available. Thank you SONY, as usual you have provided an excellent product that is user friendly.

This SONY voice recorder works great! It was actually very easy to set up and use which surprised me since there is a rather formidable set of instructions LOL but turns out it's actually very simple to use it's actually very simple to use! The microphone is very sensitive and was exactly what I needed and wanted.

This recorder works perfectly. It is extremely user friendly and the directions are easy to follow. This is a much better way to keep your notes or thoughts together than using the Notes section on your iPhone. Overall, a great product!

This is a very good voice recorder. It has excellent dynamic range and audio quality. The only issue I have is with the term automatic voice activated which is used by many manufacturers where in reality is noise activated.
