Easy to use and excellent sound quality. Compatibility through plug and play is awesome and the fact that it charges the device while transferring files makes is a plus. Great device to capture intimate setting conversations, interviews and live events. It also hooks up easily through aux cords for phone recording and other places to enhance sound files.

Very simple and is exactly what i needed. The playback sound is very clear. I also like the usb charging vs having to use batteries.

This recorder is so simple and elegant to use it instant playback feature comes in handy when you wanna make sure that you recorded something perfectly. The quality of the audio recording is very crystal. Clear that I don’t use any other device other than this one.

Very clear sound, love that it has a slot for microSD card. Easy to read display. Also has a built in USB that slides out of the bottom making it super easy to charge and transfer files onto a computer. Would highly recommend!

I'm replacing the Sony 470 recorder with this unit. The 470 is great and I'm selling the one I have. The 570 is a step up from the 470 to be sure. I use it for dictation, podcasts and MP3's. I've been using Sony digital voice recorders for years so I'm very familiar with their operation. The 570 powers up and turns off quickly, has crystal clear recording quality and a fairly decent playback speaker. It's also small which makes it somewhat concealable. I recommend it.

i love this little recorder, with it's pushout USB port that can be plugged into a UBS connection to charge it, or to play it's content on a computer or laptop. the only draw back is it's volume on full volume its low but when you plug it to a computer or laptop it improves your volume. yes I would recommend this little compact voice recorder.

The recorder is small enough to fit in your pocket and is very lightweight. It records wonderfully but the playback is not as loud as I’d like but it is doable.

This voice recorder is great. I like the feature that you can attach a wireless microphone to it to record interviews. The quality of the recorder is solid, and the output is clear. I like the compact size.

The battery life is incredible. 39 hours on a recharge. Sound is clear and the microphones are very sensitive and pickup voice and sounds from a good distance - 20 ft. The software that comes with the device, is a real assist in getting the recordings to your computer or other devices. Also, is a real help in managing the folders to keep you recordings organized. Overall, excellent!

The voice recorder is great easy to use great quality on voice for playback. The only negative of this voice recorder is that is does not have a very high playback volume it sounds very low. Other than that it is great for a low budget project. For higher end projects I would chose a better quality.

Easy to navigate and is just the right size the battery lasts a long time

We bought the recorder to capture 4-days of a Zoom classroom. It was perfect! Easy to use, and took care of all the classroom lecture so that we could just listen and absorb during the live presentation and not worry about taking notes. Afterwards, we could go back and listen to anything we needed to hear and make notes on. The sound quality is very good. We highly recommend this Sony Recorder!

An incredible small, light and easy to use digital recorder. Sony has done it again! It offers so many different functions, and quality for a reasonable price.

After trying 2 other brands, this one is FAR EASIER to use. The instructions are fairly straightforward. The battery does not seem to hold a charge for more than one day, though. Would buy again.

I could have used this many years ago. It’s my 3rd mini recorder, and the best one by far. It’s amazing how Sony can incorporate ALL its power in the size of a lighter. I love that there are no wire or cable, period.

This digital recorder is exactly what I was looking for. Picks up your dictation or conversations perfectly, even in crowded noisy places. Easy to use and having the USB right in it to charge and transfer files is an added plus.

Perfect Recorder, sounds great, picks up everything around you and looks great. Perfect size, discrete and the controls are easy to understand. Perfect for recording important notes instead of having to carry a notebook and pen. Purchased for my mother, she has Parkinson's and cannot write comfortably, this was a great way for her to keep notes/memos for her.
