Great projector with excellent 4k video quality. The depth and warmth of the colors is remarkable and the price point is fairly reasonable for what you are getting. Would definitely buy again or highly recommend.

First projector had an issue but the replacement process was smooth and easy. The replacement has been flawless so far and the picture is amazing. Worthy upgrade from my 1080p Sony.

This Sony - VPLXW5000ES 4K HDR Laser Home Theater Projector with Native 4K SXRD Panel is an expensive Projector and well worth the price! It is by far heads and shoulders above other projectors and I strongly recommend this project. It is worth the buy and the expense!!

One of the Sony's best projector at around $6k. When i saw laser at that price i was thinking how this is going to be. Waited for a month to get it, but really enjoying the wait.

By far the best projector in the market. Already well calibrated out of the box. Sony never ceases to impress with its superb picture quality, may it be OLED TVs or these high end projectors.

We had a Epson 5040UB (4K enhancement projector) for 5 years and was an amazing projector for the money. We upgraded to the Sony VPL-325ES (Native 4K projector) was blown away with the overall picture performance and HDR content recreation. When we saw the VPL-XW5000ES show up in the online store we gave it a shot and was even more impressed. All I can say is the contrast is even deeper for more realism, HDR content is out of this world. Sony had to make some decision to get this much performance at this price point. I think the decisions were spot on as the X1 Ultimate for Projector, laser light source, new SXRD chips, manual lens, and overall build-up quality is superb. For this projector, make sure it's in a dedicated room with exacting light control. I'm sure the VPL-XW6000ES must be amazing with the better lens yet the VPL-XW5000ES at $6,000 is a bargain. Enjoy!

Been wanting to upgrade to a laser for a while. I have zero complaints on quality. The manual lens adjustment was a little wonky. After set up, just sit back and be blown away.

wanted to get a true laser projector that was also 4k. very easy to setup and the picture is bright and fabulous. great not having to worry about bulb life. well done Sony!

Excellent projector with 4K quality. Fairly quiet as well and a great projector for first time home theater fanatics. Love it and will buy Sony again.

Bought to replace my Sony SXRD 1080p projector and it is a huge upgrade. The 2000 lumens is exponentially brighter than the lamp projector it replaced. The HDR is incredible for a projector of this price. Blacks are deep, even with lighted elements on the screen, similar to a QLED and only a step below OLED quality. The native 4k image gives the incredibly detailed, immersive, 3D effect you see with LED TVs, even with a 100" screen. Excellent projector all around at an incredible price.

This is the one to get. The picture quality is superb. Simple to use. The best quality without the unnecessary, never used, "bells and weasels". This projector delivers a picture quality of 10-15k equivalent for 6 Gs. You can not go wrong with this one
