Could be 5 stars but only accept micro se card of 128 gb, not enough to storage lots of music in high res audio. The rest is a good product. The sound is amazing.

I had an older sony walkman that was 8GB and had a headphone jack. I wanted something with more storage and Bluetooth capabilities. This matched what I needed.

I bought this walkman for my dad. He wants a device just to listen to music only. Plain as simple. He paired with his Bluetooth speakers and he’s loving it.

We bought this as a Christmas present for our 10 year old! So far the packaging and produce inside seem in perfect condition!

No idea of it works bc I can’t get my music transferred from my 2015 MacBook. It’s pretty heavy to actually work out with though.

I am pretty happy with the unit as a whole, its super easy to load music onto it with no software needed, very easy to navigate with no unnecessary confusing menus. shows album art and has good organization of the library the sound quality is very good for the price...the only complaint i have is that most of the options to enhance or change sound quality are null and void without the expensive headphones that are not offered with the unit nor apparently sold in many places. you also cannot use the radio function without said headphones...also be aware the sound quality cannot be changed in any way using bluetooth. with that said the options you still have with regular headphones or aux connection are pretty good on their own (you can use the equalizer and clearAudio+) bluetooth connection sound is nothing to complain about, connecting is easy and reliable with a decent range battery life is awesome, lasts multiple days depending on level of use and whether or not its in bluetooth mode. all in all I'm happy with it and would recommend it to anyone

I’m am not happy with this item I purchased it as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she was very disappointed to find out that she needs an SD card and earphones because these were not included with the Walkman it shows earphones in the picture online and the price I paid wasn’t cheap Sony should include those items also in order to listen to music an SD card and earphones would need to be purchased separately then the SD card would need to be placed into a PC computer then download music online onto the SD card that you then need to put in the Walkman it’s very complicated so I will be returning this product in the store on Monday
