    As far as wireless headphones go these were average. They are expensive and have to be used together. Not good if you're using them at work.

    These headphones are absolutely not worth the money. The Bluetooth connection constantly falters and it's extremely frustrating trying to use them. Battery life is subpar. On top of an outrageous price point, their dysfunction is insult to injury.

    I tried Bose. Huge. Sound not worth the price. Sony work out ok still not worth the price. I like the size and fit and sound of this Sony

    Purchased these because I needed wireless bluetooth. For the price, these were not good for me and the sound was very muffled.

    Not worth the money

    The general functionality of the headphones is good, but the sound quality is lacking when you consider the price. I've never had an issue connecting to my phone, watch or computer. The call quality is practically nonexistent as the person on the other line can never understand me unless I'm in a roommate with no noise or air movement. The only time someone could hear me was when I had a motorcycle helmet on and I was sitting still. After eight months of use, the battery life has dropped to less than half of the advertised three hour charge. Hopefully the market for truly wireless headphones will continue to improve.

    These were purchased as a gift for my husband. They were great for the first few months of use (which wasn't that often) until he complained the right one was "in and out" working intermittently. After having them for 5 months, BOTH are now working intermittently. I am researching the warranty option for Sony (did not purchase geek squad and now regret it). I am severely disappointed with the cost of this vis a vie the quality. Completely overpriced. We will get Apple air pods.

    Horrible Wireless Earbuds

    What a disgraceful product! They die all the time, they have a hard time connecting to devices, and it's impossible to speak to anyone on the phone because it picks up a gross amount of background noise. I'm so sad I wasted my money.

    The sound quality is semi-decent, but cuts out all the time in one of the ears. For the most part. I wouldn't recommend.

    Had high hopes based on the premium price point but was let down by lack of peak volume level. Downloaded the Sony app but did not improve volume capability. Oddly enough the next model down from this, their 600 series, beat it in almost every way except for slightly reduced noise canceling capability.

    I liked the sound quality of the music. But for the price I was disappointed in the battery life mine have not lasted 9 hours. And I have a hard time getting the right fit for my ears.

    Worked well until the battery died after only 2 hours... I guess I should have read the packaging better. I just don't believe the technology is available for these at the price range people are willing to pay for these. Need something for a workout only, this will work.

    After week searching which earbuds are the best, and make sure which is perfect for what I need, 'in my Opinion and after all that search I found out the Sony 1000? is the best, u can use it any where battery life perfect ,sound quality amazing and notice canceling if not better the same as Bose! I just feel the price little bit high

    I found that the product, had back ground noise. When using the product in transit, which is the reason I bought it, the person could not hear me clearly. It also dropped my calls regularly, and it easily slipped out of my ear The sound quality for music was good. I don't think it is worth the price.

    For the premium price, it is disappointing that they would be defective so quick. My other son got the Apple version, and they are rock solid. The noise cancelling feature was what attracted my son to these, unfortunately the lack of charging renders them sound cancelling. I would consider another brand if I had the choice again.
