Best noise-cancelling and very good sound

I've owned quite few from various manufacturers over the years, and the new Sony XM6 sounds very good and are best at noise-cancelling. I got them primarily to block out loud conversations and background noise at the gym and they work great. Also, they continue to work well at a fairly long distance from my phone (eg, between the 1st floor kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

Great upgrade, but needs more ear tip sizes

The noise canceling is a noticeable step up from my last pair, and the phone call quality is much better too—people can actually hear me clearly now. However, I kept my rating at 4 stars because of the comfort; they still kind of hurt my ears after wearing them for a bit. There really needs to be a wider variety of sizes to choose from for the earbud portion that goes into your ear to get a proper fit. If they fit perfectly, these would easily be a 5/5.

Bluetooth connection seems strong. I don't think I've had it drop out a single time yet. Not really a huge fan of the foam ear tips, but it's not a big deal once they're in. The main thing I don't like are the sharp edges on the case. Seems like a strange design decision for something that's meant to go in your pocket. Overall, great earbuds.

But overall its a no-brainer to get these. battery life is amazing over 6 hours
