Clear and sounds great Very Nice colors and the Sony name adds to the quality of the product. The added cushion helps them fit my ears and don't worry about them falling out.

I just bought these today, I already love them. I can hear very well and I only use one - right one. When I called my daughter, she can hear me very clear and loud. I'll see how long the battery lasts...thet fit good in my ear where my JBLs kept falling out.

I gave this as a gift to my wife. She absolutely loves it. The fit is better than the airpods and connectivity is great. Battery life is very good and so is the sound quality. She has been using these for 6 months now and no issues so far.

Sound quality is decent. I mostly use it for podcasts not music. They're very durable, even had one go through the washer machine once and made it out alive. Lost one side to the dryer though. The large buttons are definitely a huge issue, as they're so big that if you try to adjust the pods, you will end up pressing one. There is no way to customize or disable the buttons either.

These headphones are amazing! Great fitting, easy to get working/started, great sound as well. I have an Android phone and it was easy to get set up and the sound is great (or at least plays well with Spotify).

might have been damaged out the box because some songs i would hear a rattle but the sound quality was pretty decent (i have since returned these)

great but dont work well after goes through the wash so he careful about leaving them invyour clothes to be washed

Great quality, excellent audio, super powerful signal and connectivity I can leave my phone over 50 feet away and it still working perfectly. Love it it has to be Sony like always great quality products.

A lil too big because every time you adjust or remove them in your ear, It stops the music because of the large button. It will also disconnect the wifi it touched too many times.

I am not against this product. But, personally I am not comfortable with this as they are not settling in my ears and noice cancelation was not working.

Amazing bass. Selective ear pieces to dif your hearing needs and make your ears comfortable. I lost my first pair so make sure you keep up with the tiny case. Theyre easy to lose.

Very nice earbuds sound is great anf they have a great fit. The only thing that is a downside is the feels very cheap the lid is thin plastic but honeslty for the price they are worth it for sure.

Bought them for my wife and she loves them. she is always on the phone for work and they are comfortable and people are able to hear you clearly.

Sound quality wasn’t the best, connecting issues were present also. But for the price you can’t really complain. If you compare them to gas station headphones they are like THE HOLY GRAIL. But compare them to beats or something in that category they’re Swiss cheese. If I had to price them, I’d put them at the 50-80 dollar headphones but 100 I think is a little to pricey

Really wish you could change the commands. Each ear bud can only do a couple commands, they can not repeat and cannot be edited. Right bud can only play/pause/skip/answer/hangup Left bus can only higher/lower volume. Everyone and then i have to only use one bud at a time with the lack of commands. Great quality volume, everything is plastic with a strong magnetic mount to charge them. Great battery life as well. Time will tell how long these last.

Best Buy website says these have active noise cancelling. I purchased and found out per the Sony website that they are not. Please correct website BB.

Love them they fit very snugly and the noise cancelling is nice as well. The range is very good and they paired with my phone immediately. I highly recommend these buds.

Very nice sound quality. No ANC but does a very good job at noise isolating, once they're in your ear, cut on the music, ambient noise is pretty much blocked out. Was deciding between these and Beats Studio Buds. End up buying thse on sale for $54.99 with $5 rewards certificate. A week later won the Beats Studio Buds at my jobs Xmas party and Im glad I bought the Sony's. When compared to the Beats, as far as sound goes the Sonys crushes them especially with the eq through Sony buds app. The Beats does have ANC and it works well but that's it.

It's mediocre at best. It's good for listening to music but very inconsistent with phone calls. I experienced lots of getting disconnected from my phone and the other person not hearing me. More often than not the other person would say they could hear me but that I was inaudible. Annoyed I was traveling so much that I didn't meet the return window because this definitely would've went back.
