    At the current price of 78, I think these are one of the best value earphones. Connecting to other devices is sealmeass, especially android. Fit is great (subjective) but they are light in the ears without feeling cheap (they are well built). Controls are very easy, you don't need a hard press, a light press will register. Audio quality is reasonable. Don't expect audio quality of higher end headphones (I own the WH-1000MX4 and shot myself in the foot by thinking this will be close). There is no active noise cancellation but passive isolation is pretty good. The case is very sturdy. I was really worries about it from the images but it has a very strong hinge and stayed closed with a decent amount of force. After 2 weeks of use I just like them. Connections are streamlined and easy to switch and add new devices. The sounds quality is good. I think there's some room for improvement in the call audio out category, but otherwise they're keepers

    My wife had the wfx-b700 series extra bass sony earbuds but they got stolen so she tried the xm1000x3 and she didn't like the sound on them..so she tried the C500 series and like them better...she said the c500 sounded more like the wfx b700..

    Sounds good and lightweight.just not too loud and loses bass. Doesnt really hold a charge too good. So far each earbud holds charges differently.

    Bought because I figured Sony would be a reliable brand. After a few months, one ear bud (right) wouldn’t connect and just kept repeating the same connect phrase over and over. Tried factory reset and it worked for a couple uses, then went back to not working. At times, the right earbud doesn’t even respond. It’s pretty hit and miss. Left one works great. The problem is, I paid for two.
